Updated . What illiquid markets stores, and why. Plain words, not legal advice; the rest is in the terms.

  • Accounts

An account id, a handle (generated, the short form of your wallet, or the display name you choose) and, when you sign in with one, your wallet address. Practice accounts can be anonymous; Trade accounts are wallets.

  • The ledger

Every open, close, order, liquidation, deposit, withdrawal and claim is an event in an append-only ledger, kept to replay and check balances. Trades show publicly by handle in the live feed and the rankings.

  • Deposits and withdrawals

Their amounts, the sending or receiving wallet, the transaction signatures and their states. These transfers are public on Solana anyway: anyone can see your wallet sent USDC to the house wallet.

  • IP addresses and logs

Your IP address reaches our servers with every request. The engines use it for rate limits (for example, new accounts per hour) and it appears in server logs we keep for operations and security.

  • In your browser

Your session tokens, preferences (the remembered market and tab, auto-withdraw), a deposit in flight and your acknowledgement of Trade's risks, per wallet, are kept in this browser's local storage. Clearing it signs you out.

  • What we do not collect

No name, email, phone number or identity documents (no KYC), no cookies for tracking, and no analytics or advertising scripts. We never ask for a private key or seed phrase.

  • Who sees it

The operator, to run and check the service. We do not sell it. We may have to share it if the law requires us to.
